Zachary James Coughlin
American Citizen, 45 years old. A graduate in Finance and Logistics from The Ohio State University, USA. He began his career in 1998 as a Finance Analyst, Marketing, Sales and Service with Ford Motor. Obtained his MBA degree from Harvard University (USA) in 2004. He joined Ford Motor for more than 27 years with latest as CFO Ford Motor Russia as his last position before joining Converse as CFO in 2015. He joined DFS as CFO in 2018, responsible for the Group’s entire finance and related functions.
The legal basis for the appointment as Commissioner was based on notarial deed by Buntario Tigris S.H., S.E., M.H. no. 12 dated 5 June 2018 and subsequently approved by the Ministry of Justice and Human Rights of the Republic of Indonesia Number: AHU-AH.0103-0216266 on 26 June 2018.
