Drs. Aryanto Agus Mulyo
Indonesian citizen, 62 years old. He received his Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from University of Indonesia, Jakarta. His career in the Company started in 1991 as one of the Commissioners. Since 2004 up to 2009, he was the President Commissioner of the Company and subsidiaries. From 2010-2011, he was the Vice President Commissioner of the Company and its subsidiaries. From 1999-2004, he was the Senior Managing Partner of Public Accounting Firm Amir Abadi Jusuf & Aryanto (RSM AAJ Associates). Since 2004 up to now, he is the Senior Managing Partner of the public accounting firm Aryanto Amir Jusuf & Mawar (RSM AAJ Associates). Since February 2013, he is the Independent Commissioner of the Company.
The legal basis for the appointment as an Independent Commissioner was based on notarial deed by Buntario Tigris S.H., S.E., M.H. no. 63 dated 13 Juni 2013 and subsequently approved by the Ministry of Justice and Human Rights of the Republic of Indonesia Number: AHU-AH.01.10-28436 on 12 July 2013 and reaffirmed at the Company’s AGM on 6 June 2014 in order to comply with the provisions V.3.2 and V.4.2 of the Indonesia Stock Exchange based on deed Buntario Tigris, S.H., S.E. , M.H. no. 209 dated 30 June 2014 and was approved by the Ministry of Justice and Human Rights with No: AHU-22100.40.22.2014 on 24 July 2014, and as on notarial deed by Buntario Tigris S.H, S.E., M.H no. 12 dated 5 Juni 2018 and subsequently approved by the Ministry of Justice and Human Rights of the Republic of Indonesia Number: AHU-AH.0103-0216266 on 26 June 2018.
Mr. Mulyo has no affiliation with the members of the Board of Commissioners, Directors, nor with the shareholders of the Company.
Drs. Aryanto Agus Mulyo does not have any position in the subsidiary company.
The declaration as an Independent Commisoner by Mr. Mulyo was dated 28 July 2017.
There were no trainings attended by Mr. Mulyo in 2019.
