Drs. Da’i Bachtiar, S.H
Indonesian citizen. He accomplished his education in Indonesian Armed Forces Academy, Police Department (Police Academy) in 1972 and was the Chief of Indonesian National Police during 2001 – 2005. He earned his professor title from Edith Cowan University, Perth, Australia; Mr. Da’i Bachtiar was honored ”Tan Sri” from Malaysia, Australian Order (AO) from Australia and Bintang Mahaputera Adi Pradana from Indonesian Government. He was the Indonesian Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador for Malaysia during 2008 – 2011. Since November 2015, he is the Independent Commissioner of the Company.
The legal basis for the appointment as an Independent Commissioner was based on notarial deed by Buntario Tigris S.H., S.E., M.H. no. 116 dated 30 November 2015 and subsequently approved by the Ministry of Justice and Human Rights of the Republic of Indonesia Number: AHU-AH.01.03-0988626 on 17 December 2015, and as on notarial deed by Buntario Tigris S.H, S.E., M.H no. 12 dated 5 Juni 2018 and subsequently approved by the Ministry of Justice and Human Rights of the Republic of Indonesia Number: AHU-AH.0103-0216266 on 26 June 2018.
Mr. Bachtiar has no affiliation with the members of the Board of Commissioners, Directors, nor with the shareholders of the Company.
Mr. Bachtiar does not have any position in the subsidiary company.
The declaration as an Independent Commisoner by Mr. Bachtiar was dated 28 July 2017.
