Aymeric Georges Rene Lacroix
Mr. Aymeric Georges Rene Lacroix is a French citizen and is 37 years old. He obtained a Master of Business degree from SKEMA Business School in 2007 and graduated from GEMBA Business Administration and Management in 2017. Prior to joining the Company, his career has spanned various companies such as Polo Ralph Lauren, Bulgari, and Swarovski for 13 years and attaining the position of South East Asia & India Managing Director until April 2019. He joined DFS Group Limited in May 2019 and has been Managing Director of South Asia since November 2019 until the present.
Since September 11, 2020, the appointment of the Director is the composition of the Company’s management based on the General Meeting of Shareholders held on August 14, 2020, which is documented in the deed of the Minutes of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders No. 42 and has been ratified in accordance with the deed No. 50 dated September 11, 2020, Notary Buntario Tigris, S.H., S.E., M.H., which was approved by the Ministry of Law and Human Rights of the Republic of Indonesia with Decree No AHU-AH.01.03-0385675 dated September 11, 2020.
His duties and responsibilities are to manage and supervise the entire day-to-day operations of the Company in collaboration with the other Directors.
Mr. Aymeric Georges Rene Lacroix has no affiliation with other members of the Board of Commissioners or Board of Directors and has no affiliation with shareholders of the Company. During 2020 he did not attend any training related to his position.
